IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is no minimum order size! Rent exactly what you're looking for and either arrange to pick it up or have it delivered (delivery charges do apply).

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can either place an order through e-mail (bostonrusticweddingrentals@gmail.com) or by calling us (617-676-8095). Let us know which items and the quantities you are looking for. Also please let us know your wedding date so we can make sure your requested items are available. Once items are confirmed to be available, we will send you a confirmation sheet that can be signed by you and sent back with a 30% deposit. The deposit guarantees that your requested items are being held for you for your special day! That's it.....it's that easy!

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

All rental rates are daily rates, however, we will do our best to give you a few days on both sides of your event date if items are available. For example, if your wedding is on a Saturday, items can be picked up and/or delivered the Thursday or Friday before and picked-up or dropped-off on Sunday or Monday for no additional charge. 

 

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

We suggest making your reservation as soon as you have decided upon your desired items, as it's not uncommon for us to sell out on busy weekends and we want to make sure we can accomodate your requested items!

 

WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?

You can change your requested rental items/amounts up to two weeks prior to your event, however, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
